Eligibility for Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds for products purchased from ArbeitGlow within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In their original packaging with all tags/labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Certain products may have specific return requirements due to their nature (e.g., opened paint tubes or used brushes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons).
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Products marked as "final sale"
- Opened or used art supplies (paints, markers, mediums, etc.)
Return Process
- Contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate your return request
- Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
